Dr. Ilhavenil Narinasamy is currently attached to the Ministry of Education. She has been in the education service for 30 years and previously taught English Language and Moral Education to primary and secondary students. Being a trained educationist in English and Moral Education, Dr. Ilhavenil has also played a pivotal role in training in-service teachers on pedagogical and content knowledge in her field. She was selected to be the master trainer in Moral Education for state and national levels from 2002 until 2016 and has been awarded ‘Excellent Teacher’ in Moral Education from the year 2008 until 2015. Her research interests are Moral Psychology, Research Methodology as well as Analysing Data using NVivo Software. Adding to her credentials, she is also a certified trainer in Train The Trainer (TTT).
